I just finished up this custom order for a buttery country yellow rug yesterday and wanted to share. It ended up measuring approx 80 inches and is made from cotton.
I hope you enjoy my mini summer collection of crochet/ knitwear. Sunday was the most glorious day at the beach for the photo shoot. We’re crossing fingers that these pieces are going to be a hit. I’ve already fallen in love with them, and hope you will too. They are available in my Etsy Shop. Thank you, God for blessing my career with these awesome opportunities, and thank you to my fans, friends and family for all your love and support.
Here’s a sneak peek at the model fitting for my new summer line. I can’t wait until the official shoot. There’s a few more pieces that are in progress. I can’t wait! Summer 2014!

Well, In Southern Coastal Georgia the weather is pretty cold and icy today. This picture is of my roses with little icicles beginning to form. On this chilly afternoon, I began sketching out some designs for Summer wear! I’m hoping to design and produce a summer collection of cover-ups, beach wear and wraps. There’s nothing like a warm cup of coffee on a cold day to design a swimsuit! Wish me luck!
I’ve been a busy bee this week creating some new looks for the shop. Check out our new selection of scarves and even a coat here: www.etsy.com/shop/EvaVillain
What have I been up to this week? Scarves, cowls and wraps galore! In addition to a few rugs, I managed to get these puppies put together for some special requests. I am in love with the dreamy chunky texture of this yarn. I managed to get in a quick photo shoot with an awesome model, and Presto~ here you go…
You can see these and more on my Etsy Shop.
Here are a few more scarves and cowls I’ve added to the shop. Message me if you’d like more info about ordering one.
After seeing the amazing knitwear in a movie I saw this week,
I was inspired to create my own version.
Ok… I must admit that the original design from the movie is INCREDIBLE
and I will never be able to recreate it, but here’s what I was inspired to create…
I’ve done a few different ones at this point, and am still playing around with color and proportion, but it is coming along.
With the recent influx of requests for these and my rugs, I’m at a 6 week waiting list right now, but will probably be moving to an 8 week soon. Hopefully after a couple of all night work sessions, I can boost production and catch up soon.
Here are some other ones I made this week too. I love the fun colors for the winter blues.
